Sachpazis provides an extensive reconstruction and analysis of the 1984 Carsington Dam failure using LEM, SSR FEM, and detailed material characterisation. The study evaluates construction pore pressures, rapid drawdown, shear-strength conditions, slip-surface geometries, and performance of various analysis methods.
